In September 2010, the German branch of Presteigne Charter celebrated its 5-year anniversary. Founded 20 years ago, the worldwide leading provider of broadcast rental opened its first continental Europe operation in 2005 in Cologne.

In 2007, the expansion in Germany continued with a second branch in Munich. The three-man team of founders in 2005 laid the foundation for a growing company with a broad range of services for the television industry. Today, Presteigne Charter Germany has 12 employees across its branches in Hurth (near Cologne) and Ismaning (near Munich).

Presteigne Charter now operates from bases in the UK, Europe and Asia Pacific, employs 90 people and invests millions of pounds in new equipment each year.
