European Athletics Championships 2010 Barcelona

For broadcasting the European Athletics Championships in Barcelona, the German branch of the worldwide operating rental and system integrator Presteigne Charter provided the public broadcaster ZDF with Recorder of different formats. Used by ZDF have been PDW-HD1500 XDCAM HD Recorder and PDW-U1 XDCAM USB drives from Sony, Panasonic DVCProHD AJ-HD1800 Recorder, AJ-HPS1500 P2HD Recorder, HDCAM HDW-M2000D and HDCAM-SR SRW-5500 Recorders from Sony and professional Pioneer DVD Recorder.

Capital Expenditure HD and 3D

The German branch of the worldwide operating rental and system integrator Presteigne Charter once again invested in HD equipment and expanded its extensive rental fleet in the HD segment for more Grass Valley LDK 8000 Elite Cameras, Grass Valley LDK 8300 HD Super Motion cameras and further six channel XT [2] HD / SD Server from EVS. Also available from now is 3D Equipment from Sony; the HDC-P1 HD multi-purpose camera, together with MPE-200 Stereo Image Processor and LMD-2451 / LMD-4251 3D LCD monitors.

Joining on 15th July 2010, Charles Olivier Alexis (29) reinforces the rental and sales team at Presteigne Charter's Munich office. Alexis has many years experience in the audiovisual industry and was most recently employed by cine plus Media Project in Munich.
